OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION MIAMI does not share, sell, or trade email addresses, other than as outlined in the then-current version of the Membership Agreement. DATA RETENTION MIAMI will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws and/or data retention policies), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Business and Commercial Purposes for Use MIAMI uses Personal Data for the following business and commercial purposes: to provide products and services; for product research and development; for marketing and promotions; authentication; integrity, safety, and security; to communicate with you; and, for legal reasons. In certain cases, we may decline requests to exercise these rights where permitted by law.
