Hidden within the lush canopy of Ponce-Davis stands a residence that was never built to follow trends only to endure.

Designed in the 1970s by architect Chayo Frank as his personal home, this 5,000+ square foot steel-framed sanctuary was conceived as an environment, not merely a structure. Inspired by the organic philosophy of Frank Lloyd Wright, the home blends geometry, nature, and permanence with rare intention.

Exposed structural steel beams form its skeleton, while California redwood wraps the interior and exterior in warmth. Curving 10-foot coral rock walls and expansive glass dissolve boundaries between living space and jungle.
